Since 1959, the weekly Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter, and monthly Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter have been providing attorneys, insurance companies, hospitals, and other interested parties with timely civil verdict information for accurate case evaluation, successful litigation, and settlement negotiation. We publish summaries of cases tried or settled throughout Illinois, highlighting the factual situation that gave rise to the litigation. We note the trial attorneys, judge, case name and number, verdict amount, specific injuries or damage, insurer that paid the judgment or settlement, and expert witnesses.

We offer annual subscriptions, encompassing Illinois verdicts and settlements, as well as reasonably priced research services where our experienced staff will compile a package of applicable Illinois cases--drawing from both our 55,000 case computerized database and our massive hard-copy library if necessary--to promptly meet your case evaluation needs. For more information, please call 312-644-4338.

The Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter is a founding member of the National Association of State Jury Verdict Publishers (NASJVP), an organization composed of independent businesses who collect and publish civil litigation data. The NASJVP has established an Internet site ( which can be reached by selecting NASJVP Index at the bottom of this page. The site includes verdict and settlement summaries from across the country, subscription information, articles of interest to civil litigation attorneys, and an expert witness directory.
