The Greater Kansas City Jury Verdict Service has reported jury verdicts on civil cases in the area since 1964. It is a weekly publication and currently reports all civil jury verdicts, with the exception of real property condemnation cases. The courts and counties reported in Missouri are: U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri at Kansas City; the circuit courts of Jackson County (sitting at Kansas City and Independence, Missouri); and the circuit courts of Clay and Platte Counties. In Kansas, we cover: U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas at Kansas City; and the District Courts of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties. The areas from which jury panels are drawn range from rural to large urban centers. Computer searches for any information gathered by the service from 1981 to the present are provided at reasonable rates.
