Publications:
North Texas Reports--Dallas County and North Texas Reports--Tarrant County are separate monthly publications. Each publication is comprised of separate component parts, any combination of which may be ordered to fit individual firm needs. Each section within a component part is fully indexed to facilitate research.
"Verdicts"
Reports of all civil jury trials in State and Federal District Courts. Detailed information provides a greater understanding of the case facts and what occurred at trial.
"Experts"
Cumulative year-to-date categorized listing of all experts reported. Provides a concise source of information pertaining to experts needed and/or prior activity of experts being utilized by opposing counsel.
"Miscellaneous Litigation"
County Court at Law civil jury trials in Dallas County and Tarrant County. Reports of pertinent pre-suit and in-suit cases settled, with emphasis on fact situations and experts utilized. Reports of jury trials from other venues as well as bench trials from Dallas County and Tarrant County.
"Court Charges"
Provides complete court's charge to the jury for each trial reported.
N.T.R. Database Query System:
All cases published by North Texas Reports for the prior 10 years are compiled into the N.T.R. Database. Each case has been assigned up to 10 individual case codes from a master listing of 484 separate types of law, personal injury, and court charge jury issue categories. Additionally, the Database includes prior trial/settlement activity information on tens of thousands of experts and attorneys. The Database Query System utilizes these codes as well as string searches on text to locate, cross reference and/or sort cases on any combination of: type of law; specific injury; court charge jury issues; month/year reported; fact situation; product/manufacturer; plaintiff/defendant name; experts by name or expertise; attorneys by name; judge by name.
